No Returns on Research Compounds
Due to the nature of research-grade biochemical compounds — and in the interest of product integrity and public safety — TrueForm does not accept returns on any product once it has been dispatched. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@trueformgear.co.za with:
- Your order number
- Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy
- A description of the issue
We will review the claim at our sole discretion and, where we deem appropriate, may issue a replacement or store credit. We are under no obligation to do so and accept no liability beyond the purchase price of the affected item.
