Delivery Within South Africa
TrueForm delivers nationwide across South Africa via courier. We do not currently ship internationally.

- Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after payment clears
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are dispatched once EFT payment has reflected in our account. This typically takes 1–2 business days after you make the transfer. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Product Handling
All peptide compounds are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form in sealed, labelled vials. In this form they are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit. Vials are packaged securely to prevent damage.
Signature on Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a collection card. It is your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery. TrueForm is not liable for parcels that are uncollected or returned.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@trueformgear.co.za with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf. TrueForm is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
