Delivery Within South Africa
TrueForm delivers nationwide across South Africa via courier. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Standard delivery: R120 flat rate
- Free delivery on orders over R4000
- Estimated delivery: 3 days for local stock, 10 days for supplier stock
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are processed once EFT payment has reflected in our account. Delivery ETA is then based on stock source: local stock items are estimated at 3 days total, while supplier-stock items are estimated at 7 days total. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Product Handling
All peptide compounds are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form in sealed, labelled vials. In this form they are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit. Vials are packaged securely to prevent damage.
Signature on Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a collection card. It is your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery. TrueForm is not liable for parcels that are uncollected or returned.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@trueformgear.co.za with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf. TrueForm is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
